I worked with Samuel Hall to visually document the LLEARN Consortium-Wide Meeting through live graphic recording. Across the two-day gathering, I translated presentations, discussions, reflections, and emerging ideas into a series of illustrated visual summaries. The graphic recording captured key themes and connections in real time, creating a shared visual record of the conversations taking place across the consortium. The process helped make complex discussions more accessible and engaging, while also giving participants a way to see how different perspectives, priorities, and ideas connected across the meeting. Through live drawing, visual storytelling, and synthesis, the final graphics became both a record of the event and a resource that could continue to support reflection and communication beyond the meeting itself.
