World Water Day is a reminder of the need to protect our planet's freshwater resources. I created this 10-second animation for the Dopper water bottle and "join the wave" campaign. Through this animation, I'm advocating for the ban on plastic water bottles and promoting sustainable choices that will help preserve our planet for generations to come. This animation is inspired by Kenya's coastal town of Watamu, featuring the sounds of the ocean waves and birds I recorded on a trip.
Creating this 10-second animation for Dopper water bottle was a labor of love that involved many hours of work and creativity. As an artist who's known for using earth tones in my animation illustrations, I wanted to infuse this animation with the same warm, natural tones that evoke the coastal town of Watamu. From sketching out the initial design to adding the final touches, I poured my heart and soul into this project to create something truly unique and inspiring. I hope that my animation will help raise awareness about the importance of sustainable living and the need to ban plastic water bottles.
Thank you for watching!
